Barefoot Queen is located at the Barefoot Marina across the waterway from Barefoot Landing. Follow the Barefoot Queen parking lot sign. After parking, catch the looping shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off at the ticket booth by the dock—the earliest is 45 minutes before departure, and the last pick-up is 10 minutes before departure.
Check in at the dock and follow the instructions. Please note that you must be onboard at least 5 minutes before the departure, so allow plenty of time for finding parking and waiting for the shuttle service.
Yes, a delicious and filling dinner with meat options, seasonal vegetables, salads, desserts, and complimentary tea and water will be served. In addition, there will be snacks and drinks available for purchase onboard. Please note that outside food or beverages are not allowed onboard.
There are Coca-Cola products, coffee, tea and water. You can also buy alcoholic drinks, including beer, wine and liquor at the well-stocked onboard bar if you are 21 years old and above with a valid picture ID.
You can bring a small bag or purse and a camera on the boat to capture all moments along the cruise. Please note that weapons like guns and knives, personal chairs, and coolers are not permitted—bags are subject to search upon boarding.
No, personal music is not allowed on the boat. There is narration and entertainment onboard.
All ages are allowed onboard, but please note that due to USCG regulations, all passengers, including infants, children and adults, requires to have a ticket to board the boat.
The Barefoot Queen is enclosed on the upper and lower deck, allowing the riverboat to sail rain or shine. If the captain decides the weather is unsafe, your cruise will be postponed or rescheduled. Management will work with you to reschedule your cruise. In the event your trip cannot be rescheduled, a full refund will be issued.
The Barefoot Queen is not completely wheelchair-accessible because it was built to portray original riverboats. There are ramps to access the dock and the boat for guests with wheelchairs, canes and walkers, but please note that there are still steps, and the crew cannot assist you due to liability reasons. If you or anyone in your party require wheelchair-accessible seating, please make a note in the “Have Special Needs?” section when booking your reservation.
